Our half-day Grand Teton wildlife and photo safaris are perfect for anyone looking to get a taste of the Tetons. We will go out in the morning or evening, but really enjoy the peaceful and quiet nature of Grand Teton National Park at first light.
Because we go out before sunrise we are frequently the first or among the first people with wildlife including our beloved grizzly bears. Enjoy a complimentary artisan muffin and hot cup of premium coffee as we wind our way in to the park with plenty of time for sunrise. If we go in the afternoon we are usually the last people back to town, enjoying the tranquility of late evening as the sun sinks behind the Tetons. We have plenty of snacks and drinking water on whichever safari you choose.
Whichever tour you choose, enjoy the local, intimate knowledge of the park and customer service that only local owner/operators can provide. We use SUVs rather than vans so that more guests get doors and windows that open.
While you don’t need to own a camera to enjoy our tours, we will give photographers as little or as much instruction as you want. We have Swarovski spotting scopes as well as the use of reference materials and binoculars.
We’ll be out for up to about 6 hours on either a morning or afternoon tour. We will pick up and drop off in the Jackson area as far north as Colter Bay.
This is a great way to get a private, intimate introduction to Grand Teton National Park.
Time can go by so quickly in 5 – 6 hours. The bears are mostly up north while the iconic landscapes are spread throughout the park.
We’ll have to make some choices and identify priorities in order to maximize your experience. We’re happy to go straight to bears and commune with them all morning or get to as many landscapes as possible in the golden morning light.
We’ll fit in as many of your priorities as we can in a deliberate but relaxed fashion, leaving you back at your lodging in time for lunch.
We are the owner/operators so we can tailor the tour to your exact desires without having to keep a strict schedule.
Fill out the contact form, drop us an email or give us a call.
Once we’ve answered all your questions and you’ve decided that you want to go we will send you a confirmation verifying all of the details. Confirm that we have everything correct and we will see you at your lodging.
Easy peasy.
